Oh well, joined the gym and when I was getting onto the groove, gym location's shifting and getting even closer to where I live ^_^
So, Day 20-23, did a healthy mix of cardio exercises, mainly running on the treadmill and cross train for 50mins. As for the remaining days, gym's shifting and I'm taking a break.
But hold on, am going to be a regular from Day 27- i.e. Sunday, 26th Feb 2012

Day 12
This was yesterday, just could not get out of bed so thought of going for a run in the evening..should have thought better.
Once I had my dinner, went to the beach for a run and was hardly gone 50 steps when I got a sharp pain in my stomach, should have expected it..
Better luck today!!

Day 2
Struggled to get out of bed on a Saturday morning but hit the road and kept running for the first 2 kms, huffed and puffed on uphill return home so I walked..I tell myself, its OK- just your second day. But a tiny voice tells me I just have 266 days left.
I am well aware that my decision to run a marathon with only a few months to pratice may not be the wisest of decisions, but what the heck, worth a try!

Day 1
So, I finally got out of my bed and went out for a run. 12mins. That was all and I was huffing and puffing back in a hurry to get changed and head to work.
I'd read somewhere that if one intends to run a marathon, that person should tell everyone, tell the world that he/she is running a marathon so that backing out would not even be an option-Back out means shame..Ooooooh
Oh well, its just just 42.195km (26.218 miles), and 267 days to practice.
I can do it, I can do it, I can do it! whew
